We don't show up with a template. We build your film from your story — the real version. Everything on this page goes directly into how we approach your day.

How It Works

THE PROCESS

Four phases. Every question answered before we walk in. No guessing, no improvising on moments that only happen once.

01
This Intake
You tell us the real story — how you met, what matters most, the moments you can't afford to miss. This is what separates your film from everyone else's.
02
Pre-Production Call
2–3 weeks before the day. We go through your timeline, confirm every detail, and finalize your shot list from what you told us — not a generic checklist.
03
Shot List Built From Your Story
Every frame is planned. Non-negotiable moments are locked. Both operators know exactly where to be at every moment.
04
Deployment
Two cameras. Two operators. Zero improvisation on the moments that matter. Zero interference with the ones that should unfold on their own.
Our Background

WHY BTA

"A wedding ceremony is one story arc with no re-takes. We've operated in far more complex environments — and we bring that discipline to every frame of your day."

BTA was the embedded media team for ICED 2025 — a 3-day international conference at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio. We covered 16 keynote speakers across 4 simultaneous plenary sessions, concurrent breakout tracks, an award ceremony, and networking receptions.

That's the standard we bring to your ceremony. One story. Two cameras. Every angle covered before it happens.

TELL US YOUR STORY

Five sections. Take your time. Your answers build the shot list and shape how we tell your story.

The Story 01 / 05

YOUR STORY
STARTS HERE

We don't shoot weddings from a template. We build a film from who you are.

Each of you submits your own version. Pick your name.

The real version. Not the summary.

Where were you? What happened? What was said?

If you had to describe your relationship in one word — what is it?

The Day 02 / 05

THE DAY
ITSELF

Logistics shape coverage, angles, and shot sequencing. The more precise your answers, the tighter our production plan.

Name and city.

Ceremony starts

Reception ends

Where is each partner getting ready? Any location changes?

The Vision 03 / 05

YOUR VISION
FOR THE FILM

This is where most couples get a generic result. Tell us exactly what you want, and we'll build it.

Select everything that resonates.

A film, an Instagram, a YouTube link — anything that shows us the aesthetic you want.

One moment. If we only captured one thing — what is it?

You're watching your film in 2036. What do you want to feel?

The Details 04 / 05

THE DETAILS
THAT MATTER

Every family has dynamics. Every wedding has traditions. These shape how we move on your day.

Anyone we need to know about — cultural rituals, religious moments, anything requiring us to be in the right place.

DJ, florist, officiant — anyone whose setup might affect our positioning or timing.

What matters most?

Final Notes 05 / 05

ALMOST DONE.

Last questions. Anything we haven't asked that you think we should know — say it here.

Surprises, sensitivities, budget context, previous vendor experience — whatever you want us walking in with.

WE GOT IT.

Your intake is in. Devin will review everything before your production call and come prepared with a shot list built around your specific story.

01
Intake Review
We go through every answer before we talk again. No surprises.
02
Pre-Production Call
One focused session 2–3 weeks out. Shot list, logistics, open questions.
03
Deployment
We arrive knowing your story. The film builds itself from there.
