We don't show up with a template. We build your film from your story — the real version. Everything on this page goes directly into how we approach your day.
Start Your IntakeFour phases. Every question answered before we walk in. No guessing, no improvising on moments that only happen once.
"A wedding ceremony is one story arc with no re-takes. We've operated in far more complex environments — and we bring that discipline to every frame of your day."
BTA was the embedded media team for ICED 2025 — a 3-day international conference at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio. We covered 16 keynote speakers across 4 simultaneous plenary sessions, concurrent breakout tracks, an award ceremony, and networking receptions.

Every family has dynamics. Every wedding has traditions. These shape how we move on your day.
Anyone we need to know about — cultural rituals, religious moments, anything requiring us to be in the right place.
DJ, florist, officiant — anyone whose setup might affect our positioning or timing.
What matters most?
Last questions. Anything we haven't asked that you think we should know — say it here.
